• $2.00/sq.ft. for hardwood floor refinishing including sanding and two coats of an oil-based polyurethane seal.
• $2.25/sq.ft. for hardwood floor refinishing including sanding and two coats of a water-based polyurethane seal.
• $7.50/sq.ft. for hardwood floor installation including 2 1/4" red oak boards, sanding and two coats of an oil-based polyurethane seal.
• $8.00/sq.ft. for hardwood floor installation including 2 1/4" red oak boards, sanding and two coats of an water-based polyurethane seal.
