    • How much will a new deck cost?

      The cost of a new deck will depend on the overall design and scope of the project as well as the specific material choices. Our typical deck projects start around $30,000 but may be up to $65,000 to $100,000. Some larger projects however, can be as much as $175,000 to $250,000. Once we know more about what’s important to you for the overall project, we can better advise you of an approximate cost.

    • Can you modify, repair or re-use any parts off my old deck?

      No. Due to changes in the building code, deterioration of the existing framing and our strict quality standards, using any part of your old deck would not make for the best outcome of the finished project. Also, installing premium composite decking products on top of an old, worn and weathered deck frame would not be worth it in the end. The new products will far outlast the old framing.

    • Can we build a roof on your existing deck?

      Describe the item or answer the question No. In addition to the reasons above, a roof can not be added to an existing deck unless that deck was originally built to support the additional load of a roof.

    • Can you repair my existing deck?

      Yes, if it can be repaired then we can do it. We have the knowledge and expertise to get your repair done right and to code the first time. We aren't perfect but we're real close. When it comes to repairing your structures the first time around. We look forward to hearing about how we can help you get your outdoor areas functioning like normal again.

    • Are Estimates & Inspections free?

      Yes and No, we do provide estimates for no charge. We do ask that if you're only looking to get a price on a project and you're not ready to have the work done. Then please let us know and we'll have you send us either pictures or a video and we can give you a ballpark price estimate. 


      If you need an inspection for a real estate deal or an insurance claim. Then it will cost you between $250 - $450 depending on the size of the project and whether you need a verbal report + an estimate or a written report + an estimate.
